Franklin Homes was founded by Jack Nadalin, a builder for more than 25 years, right here in Guelph. Inspired by his father Frank, and complemented by his wife Bonnie, who works as office coordinator, custom design and decorating consultant and assists in every aspect of the exterior and interior design and selection process, Franklin Homes is truly a family run business that places a great value on exceeding customer expectations. Jack and Bonnie's daughters help out with construction site cleanup when they are home for holidays and during summer breaks. “It's our quality time with Dad”.

Right from the start Jack knew his company would be different from other builders.
